1 Overview

At grep3d, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

2 Returns Eligibility

🔹 Custom Prints – All sales of custom 3D-printed items are final unless there is a gross manufacturing defect (e.g., severe warping, missing parts,                 incorrect design).

🔹 Non-Custom Items– If you purchased a non-custom item, it may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

🔹 Defective or Incorrect Items – If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the problem.

3. How to Request a Return

📩 Step 1: Contact Us

• Email  us at support@grep3d.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

📦 Step 2: Return Authorization (If Applicable)

• If      your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send it  back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

💰 Step 3: Refund or Replacement

• If a  defect is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund,    depending on the situation.
• Refunds  will be processed to the original payment method within 30  business days after receiving the returned item (if applicable).

4. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Custom 3D-printed items(unless defective)
❌ Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
❌ Items returned after the stated return period

5. Shipping Costs

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• Shipping  costs are non-refundable.
